Title: Windows 10 Pro says I only have 1.6 GB free ram ( Installed 16gb) ?? in Gigabyte

I recently built a awesome computer but think there is some memory issue. I have upgrated to newest Bios but windows 10 pro says I only have 1.6 available. Am I doing something wrong??

You haven't occidentally installed the 32 bit version of Windows 8.1 have you?
