Hi and welcome.
Can you please elaborate on the actual speed it is running at when at idle and when in use ?
Have you got it connected via the motherboard CPU fan header or directly via the PSU ?

Hi thanks for the reply,
The fan and the pump connected via motherboard header they run at max speed wich is 1600rpm all the time, i just search in google and i found out about 3pin and 4pin connectors if the fan with 3pin thats mean it well run at full speed on idle and load MB cant control the speed, didt have this issue with my old MB thats run thos fans with 3pin , so im wondering do i need to replace the fans with 4pin header so it can controled by the MB ?
Thanks again :)

I am glad that you sorted that out. You just beat me to the draw there with the voltage answer. The main thing is it is working now. ;)
