Hello would you mind giving me a helping hand out ?
I am using the GA-MA78GPM-UD2H motherboard. When I connect it with my LG LCD monitor the monitor doesn't recognise the PC and it just blinks like it is inactive.
Now my worries are if something is not broken / damaged / destroyed.
Can you please help me out with some info about the issue ?
Before this occured the PC had several stops (IE the screen just froze, leaving little blue / green paths below each characther) but those got solved with each computer restart. Till yesterday night. I restarted the PC but it just left the blank screen all the time (monitor was saying : "Save mode on" ) so it was not obviously dettecting a PC behind the cable.
All is perfectly good plugged in and it shouldn't be any issues with the connections.
2gb RAM DDR2
Amd Phenom XII 3.10ghz dualcore 550 processor
ati HD 3200 Graphic card (the integrated one) / before I was using ati radeon 4770 but it got damaged somehow

I think your PSU is in guilt here.
It may be the one that killed the video card.
So my question is what power supply are you having ?!
Keep in mind that damage may have been done already to the motherboard.

I am using CODEGEN 400W ATX 2.03 (P4)
Model :300XX
that's the power supply.

Get something else.
Corsair 430CX ,Enermax 450W Tomhawk II, Chieftec 400 W A80 , Sirtec 400W ,Seasonic 400 SII and many others are good choices for an affordable good power supply.

So the just changing PSU could remove the problem ? ( I tried with another graphic card so that is definetly not the issue)

Yes the power supply should be swapped to see what is happening.
Codegen is quite a generic brand ,not extraordinary voltage stability with this ones even as new.
