they would look better if the pcb was black also , why no fancy looking boards for amd cpu's like the ones for intel cpu's ? . other brands have done in the past

Maybe they will do so when the new AMD9 series chipsets come along. That's what has happened with the Intel boards.

Yes I would think that bit is highly likely that Gigabyte will bring out a black board especially for their top end range of AMD boards.

First sorry for my very bad english but I'm trying to do it as well as know.
Do you know how many time can I have to wait for release this mother board in spain?
-
Hi Rev 3.1 motherboards with AM3+ socket will be available in the UK in the next 3 - 5 weeks. I would guess that is also when they will be available in Spain.
-
thx very much.
one question more and sure the last xD. can I use my old components DDR3 memory 5-5-5-15 and my AMD Phenom II 920 in that motherboard?
-
Your DDR3 RAM will be OK but you would need to check for support of your current CPU as it may depend on which AM3+ Board you get.
-
right. ;)
I will want to get the new motherboard GA-890FXA-UD5 (ver3.1) Do you think that suport my CPU?
-
Hi again,
according to the CPU support list your processor isn't officially supported, check here: http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=3781
This could be because the 920 is an OEM version and it might work OK as it is but you would have to check with Gigabyte and I would suggest you raise that question here: http://ggts.gigabyte.com/tech.asp?ClassID=2&Country=Spain&SourceWeb=B2C
