Title: ga-h77m-d3h - blue screen due to on-board VGA driver
Post by: harvest on November 28, 2012, 01:27:49 am
I have a new install on Windows 7 64bit.
Updated all the drivers, Audit, USB 3, SATA, Intel, rebooted the PC, everything runs fine.
As soon as the VGA driver is loaded and reboot, it comes up with the Blue Screen of death !

The BIOS is F9.

Are you using the windows driver or the driver included on the disk? If it is the driver on the disk i have had a conflict before and had to use the windows driver for onboard graphics. Didnt hurt performance any.

I tried both, with same result.
The Windows driver was from part of Windows Update

You could go to intels site and download an older driver see if it plays nicer with your system. I am sure you aslready tried the driver off of Gigabytes site. Try the one off intels site pretty easy to use has a self detect choice you can use.
