hello ! My pc has a wierd problem,it keeps on restarting after 5-10 mins..I have changed the psu but it still restarts or sometimes stuck.Please guide me what else should i do?

Intel core 2 duo
E7500 2.93 ghz processor
2 Gb DDR2 ram
G41 express chipset
Not overclocked
Windows 7 Ultimate
