Title: M720-US3 and BIOS rev. F6 problem
Post by: poceh6630 on November 06, 2009, 02:04:32 pm
  Hi, All!

Before 10 days I just flashed my MB with rev. F6 BIOS and from time to time I have a strange problem that LAN card reports that LAN cable isn't plugged. Both in Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 (x86 & x64) and Debian 5 Lenny. Tried several drivers (and cables, straight and crossover) in Windows for LAN, but no success at all, the very strange thing is that I can't reproduce the "bug" every time. In this morning I gave up and reverted to F5. But I'm curious to know if there is anyone with the same problem?

i don't have this mobo.
imo it seems like that's one of this very seldom cases when new bios causes a new problem...

Did you contact Gigabyte technical support. They're very good. You always get a prompt reply:
