Title: X99 Gaming G1 and BETA BIOS F8g
Post by: digital nomad on December 10, 2014, 09:57:16 pm
Just installed the BETA BIOS F8g from Gigabyte website and now I have a new item in the Device Manager of Windows 7 64 Ultimate with a yellow exclamation mark that needs a driver.

PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

I don't see a driver at Gigabyte where do I get this driver?

PS: I removed the WiFi/Bluetooth chip before I installed Windows (Didn't need it) and didn't install the driver. It wouldn't happen to be related to that would it?

Thunderbolt Driver

Thunderbolt Driver

Thanks for trying to help, but I already had the Thunderbolt driver v1.4.0.1 installed. I even uninstalled/re-installed to see if it would fix it but it didn't change anything.

I looked around on Google and some guy said he got this driver from Asus...

Intel Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework Driver for Extreme CPU

that fixed his PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller yellow mark. I don't want to mess up my installation with a Asus or Dell driver so I'm hoping Gigabyte will post the driver (Not holding my breath).

Flashed the F8 BIOS and the "PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller" disappeared from the Device Manager
