Hi!! I have GIGABYTE MA785GPMT-UD2H which come with Realtek HD Audio for my Vista. I have 2 logitech usb microphones<Guitar Hero and Rockband game for console -ps3,x-box360> and tried plugging them into the computer. The computer recognizes it, but I can't get it to work. Both mics work fine on my ps3.
there is no sound from the speakers while using these microphone, although they did record my sound(audible upon playback only, not in real-time).I've heard that USB microphone isn't simply a microphone. It's a microphone with a built in sound card. Does this cause the trouble to my Realtek? Can I fix it? or should I buy additional sound card instead<which one can do the job>? please help me. I just want to use these mics for some of my karaoke program on the computer.
Thanks in advance for your help.

thank for your help but I've tried that already. Realtek seem not to recognize microphone which connect trough usb port rather than pink jack. I try to use my cheap normal microphone and plug it in pink jack. I can unmute and adjust its vollume properly.
