Title: Z68MA-D2H-B3 clear BIOS procedure?

I screwed up and flashed my BIOS via a bootable USB drive.  v1 to the UEFI bios.  Now I need to know the procedure to clear the BIOS or activate a secondary BIOS.  Please help
