Yep, i chose the worst parcel company ever through Parcel2go so just wondering if i could provide my rma number to see if it arrived earlier in the week? The company they gave the job to does not have tracking!

Hi

Yes it is possible to check the status of an RMA.

You can check how long this VGA was in GIGABYTE UK if you send its full SN with link to this thread to: returns@gbt-tech.co.uk.

Full SN is built of EAN and SN which can be found on the sticker(s).
For example: EAN: 4719331303742 + SN: SN102501007825 = full SN: 4719331303742SN102501007825

Hi

Is there anyway to pass on my thanks to the RMA team at Gigabyte?

I would like to thank the returns department and the department who actually test the board etc as you all have done an amazing return and have completely changed my mind about future purchases. I have a name that was on my returns slip and would like to thanks then aswell if this can be done by PM to a mod?

Return was dealt with in under two weeks in amazing fashion and im so happy at the moment as im back up and running again!

Thank you all very much and well done for your amazing service, so many can take a page out of your books! I have send a board to another maker before somewhere in Germany or similar and it was one of the worst experiences i have been through so thank you.

Well there is no way of chatting to them directly but I expect it was Martin and Ken who expedited your RMA and I am sure they will see this post. I will make sure that they know about it  ;) .  It is good of you to come back and at least give credit to the people who have helped sort your issue out. It will be appreciated I am sure. Everyone is quick to blame but usually not so eagre to praise.  :)
