Hi guys, I have a GA-X79-UD7 with a 3930 CPU,should I be using the F12f bios or is that just for Ivy Bridge.

It is not needed for that cpu and if you do update it then make sure to update intel driver in advance and if you use the 3D bios you lose that with F12f
