Need some help, probably very basic. I have 2 GTX970 cards (Driver ver. 361.91) . I had them in the first and third slots on the board with the SLI connector installed. But I did not see the SLI configuration in the NVidia control panel. I read a few forums and people suggested switching slots for the last card so now they are side by side, first and second slots, but I do not see the second card in the NVidia control panel at all.
I assume slots 1 and 3 were correct... by why isn't the SLI settings showing? Any help to suggest?
Thanks!

Bump - Isn't there anyone that set this board up in SLI?
-
Do you have the sli bridge connected?
-
Yes I do. I am wondering again about the slots. In the NVidia control panel I see both cards and they indicate PhysX working across both, but no SLI.

Does it have a option to set the Sli? Can you take screen shot of the screen showing the two video cards. On that screen or in the Sli option.

Here is a link this might help.

Thanks for this, but this was not much help. As you can see from my screenshot it is different from what you have in the manual you forwarded. I don't have an option for maximizing 3D performance nor any mention of SLI. My cards are in Slot 1 and the last slot. I tried 2 different bridges.

Try putting it in the 2nd slot remove all software and reinstall it with the that setup. I don't know what else to tell you.

Had the same problem. Same board as you with two 980. Turns out one of them was either not firmly inserted with the safety pin locked or a power cord was not fully plugged. Firmly pushed every connections and the SLI was good again in nv panel.

had the same problem both card were seen in NCP and divide manager but i could enable sli after much head scratching ,, i flipped the sli connector around and give it a wobbly and then i was able to enable sli ;D , so it looks like it was just a bad connection with the sli bridge that's all
