Title: Need advice on OC my system

Hello

I'm pretty new at OC, can you give advice on the best/safe way to OC my system (specifically CPU, frequency settings in BIOS etc)

MB Gygabyte GA-B75m-D3h
Intel i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4Hz (3.8Hz Turbo)
8GB Ram
Video HD7770 x 2 Xfire
120GB SSD/750gb HDD/DVD
PSU Corsair GS 600
