Title: GA-X58A-UD3R (rev. 2.0) 3.0 USB Ports Won't Recognize 3.0 USB devices

Windows 7 Ultimate
Intel i7 950
Have 3.0 USB Controler ENABLED in BIOS
Installed 3.0 UBS driver from original cd - does not install properly - uninstalled it
Downloaded 3.0 USB driver from website - installed correctly
Plug in 3.0 USB Patriot Supersonic Boost flash drive in 3.0 ports and NO response
Plug in 2.0 USB flash drive in 3.0 ports and device is immediately recognized
Plug in 3.0 USB flash drive in all 2.0 ports and is immediately recognized with message stating "this device can perform faster ... if you connect to 3.0 USB port"
