Hi,
After I upgraded to bios F3 on the Z170X-UD5 TH board, the first cpu core would always have 100% cpu usage.
This problem happened both on windows and linux.
On windows the process that caused this problem was System -> ACPI.sys.
Am I the only one with this problem?

Were you having a problem before you updated the bios. If not go back to F2. If you were having a problem one option you can try is email or call support.

Nope, the problem arised with the newer bios version. I'm using the old one at the moment and everything is working fine.

There is a newer beta BIOS F4b available at TweakTown here: http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte/28441-gigabyte-latest-beta-bios.html might be worth trying to see if that helps.

If you are not having a problem leave well enough a lone. Because the bios or a driver is there it doesn't mean we have to do it. They make new bios and drivers mostly for people that are having problems. I know people like to keep everything up to date but why. If you not having a problem why update it.
