Title: X79-UP4 bios problem
Post by: Arthur_Dayne on May 02, 2014, 04:15:21 am
I decided to upgrade the graphics card of my year old pc. I have a X79-UP4 Quad crossfire, i7-3820, 4 patriot viper 4gb chips, and a nvidia 670. I was going to upgrade my card to a 780 ti. I saw that my bios was out of date (v.2 released in 2012) and tried update to the newest version (v.7 released 2014). I tried using q-flash but I kept getting errors. I then used @bios and everything installed. Now when I restart my computer it loads up to the gigabyte logo and the nothing else. My keyboard doesn't respond and I tried restarting a few times but still nothing. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Sorry for any grammer or technical errors. It's my first upgrade and I'm writing this on a cell phone.
