Currently i have intel core2duo e7400 @ 2.8ghz, 4gb ddr2 ram, nvidia geforce gt9500..
i wanna upgrade my processer but this mobo support upto core2quad... so plzzzzz suggest me a good core2quad processer...

Frankly, it's not a good idea to invest in a processor, socket 775. If someone gives you one, great.
Whit a i3-2125 (include Intel HD Graphics 3000)
GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 (rev. 1.3)
and a cheapest ram 1600
you have a new motherboard.

Basically he is saying that any money spent on upgrading what you already have on that platform would be a waste of money. He is saying that it makes more sense to buy a new motherboard CPU and ram and at least have an up to date system rather than throwing more money away on an out of date one.
