Greetings,
Places to start.

Is this a new system?
What OS?
Did you perform a fresh install or migrate the install from another build?
Are you over clocking?

Is your RAM on the QVL for your board?
Have you mem-tested the RAM
Is there a firmware update for  your mx500?

Try and earlier or later version of your video driver

blinking red means pwr stability issues

your Kolink is a real 444W psu (not 500w)  and that can be a problem depending on its component quality

provided there is absolutely nothing oc'ed and all @default/auto settings in bios? disable IPM - tested this?

CPU/GPU load temperatures are all in range?

if still problems try another PSU and see how it goes...

ok.

temperture:
-the problem appear when i don't make nothing.
however the temp in game for example are 61/67 for cpu and 78 for gpu
