Title: some keys at my k8100 keyboard are not working

keys like shift, some numbers keys are not working.....and i just bought this keyboard....help me please

Make sure that the connector is solidly inserted and  that there are no other obvious faults with it and then return it to the retailer where you just bought it for a replacement.
