Title: ga-ma785gm-us2h dvi/hdmi connection
Post by: pctek on April 08, 2010, 10:39:55 am
Motherboard GA-MA785GM-US2H

I have a monitor connected in DVI . When I try to connect at the same time  a second monitor in HDMI , I get a black screen on the first monitor and nothing on the second . If I restart the pc the second monitor works ok . Is there a solution to avoid that restart without disconnecting the dvi ?
Thanks

Hi,

I don't think there is a solution to your problem as the hardware doesn't actually support simultaneous output from DVI and HDMI.

I believe it is an either/or situation, I'm afraid, and I haven't been able to come across a workaround on the internet as yet.
