Title: Need some advice please on moderate O.C
Post by: decrypter on March 26, 2010, 11:16:12 am
Hi guys i would like to O.C my intel core i5 750  from 2.66 > 3.2 ghz

My question is for such a moderate O.C  do i need to mess with voltages ?

My rig:  i5 750 @ 2.66   20x 133
           Gigabyte p55 ud3r
           G skill ripjaws ddr3  1333 mhz

If i just leave multiplier @ 20 and up base clock from 133 > 160  making 3.2 ghz    would this be ok ?

Bump  bought an acrtic cooling pro 7 rev 2    tempretures are still way too high running intel burn test on high stress

ran 10 rounds temps hit 84 degrees on 3.6ghz o.c :(
