Title: Z77-D3H - BIOS issues

I have recently built a computer using the Gigabyte Z77-D3H rec 1.0 board. I have reused my lian li case from my previous build. When the computer starts there is no post beep even though the case speaker is correctly connected. I am also not able to use my usb keyboard in bios environment. Legacy usb is enabled and NOT using USB 3 ports. USB mouse works OK. Keyboard works OK in Windows. BIOS version is F18. Any ideas on  resolving these issues?
