Title: GIGABYTE P35-DQ6 the board don´t starts up

Hey guys I need help with the MotherBoard GIGABYTE P35-DQ6 because don´t starts up, its like the cooler messes up but does not start, already tried changing the processor and power supply is good, the cooller is seated properly, but nothing works.
If you can give me some idea or help I would appreciate.

What do you mean the cooler messes up?

Give step-by-step instructions on what happens at boot up.

ie. you press the power button and the gigabyte logo comes up, beeps, see windows logo and reports error code.
