Title: GTX670OC control voltage problem

I recently acquired a Gigabyte GTX670OC windforce.
My problem concerns can not change the voltage with a program including OCGURU.
Frequency that runs in most games is 1124Mhz and 1.175V. Of specifications know that default frequency is 980Mhz, and 1058Mhz with turbo boost.
Please help me with some advice on how to set a desired voltage value between 0.985 and 1.175V and also are curious why I go to most games in the frequency of 1124Mhz

don't use their program ,use Precision X 3.04
the gigabyte program is not very good
