Win 7 goes into sata_0 and then xp goes into sata_1 leave the saves out for now.
To enable ACHI tap delete button on keyboard and enter bios. Go to your modes for hard drivees and change it from sata to ACHI.
Now if you arent going to reformatt your hard drives you want to start into win 7 and win xp and do the registry hack to enable ACHI mode.

and for xp go to

Then do the bios changes. Myself i would do a fresh install of both OS that way it loads the drivers before you install OS and sets the registry keys right for you. After you get both up and running then add in your saved drive.
