The UD7 has one more pci-e video card slot and one less PCI Express x1 slot also has a different audio chipset, also the 7 has one less rear usb 2.0 port but it has a 1 x eSATA/USB Combo that the UD% doesnt have so that makes up for it and it is also about 1 inch wider other than that pretty much the same board.

It is up to your 1090t as that is the processor i am using i can run mine with my zalmann cooler and reach 4.2 but in my testing i found that their is so very little difference in 4.2 test and 3.6 test that i have it at 3.6.  Why stress it out if it doesnt gain you much at all.
