Just built the system, it is unstable with random reboots, came factory with bios F16 updated F18, disabled memory OC switched to xmp, disabled CPU clocking, set to stock. I get random spontaneous reboots, im in the process of memtesting one stick at a time. Unlike my past experience with mobos, mem sockets are rather "loose", they go in way to easy (in comparison to other mobos i worked with, dont know if its normal).

Are you experiencing the same issue?.

If you haven't already done so, go into bios and load system defaults and reboot. Make sure AHCI is enabled if you use it, otherwise let it boot into windows and test.
I never recommend XMP, rather just manually set timings and voltages. if SPD doesn't work, then XMP usually never works either. Manual settings always have worked for me if they aren't defective.
What are your results of memtest?
