Hi All,
I've downloaded the latest audio drivers "motherboard_driver_audio_realtek_azalia.exe" from the Giga-Byte website, dated 2009/11/24, 33.7MB in size.
I've uninstalled the old drivers first (rebooted) and installed the newer ones. I noticed after uninstalling that there were 2 sound devices showing
yellow (no driver installed in device manager) to be expected.
Installation was ok but as with the older sound drivers, I still have one audio device showing as not having a driver. I tried to update by pointing the device at the installation for the Azalia drivers but it says that there is no driver available suitable for that hardware.
I do get sound (hence did not post before), but I am just curious as to what the extra device is? Anyone know please?
Thanks
Carl

Hi
Depends on which sound configs you are using methinks,
# Blu-ray playback supported by high quality 106dB SNR ALC889A HD audio
# Dolby Home Theater audio
Cheers

OK thanks for the reply - I think as you do - those are written on the box (can't check as I am at work)
So I just need to download those drivers then....
A little obvious now you say it!!
Thanks
