These are all the stats for my Motherboard and the reason I want to update the BIOS is because I have been having major issues with some games primarily CS:GO. My problem is I don't know what version of the motherboard I have and don't know what to download to update my BIOS.

I believe this is my motherboard and when I try to update to FC from FB it gives me an error saying it does not support my version of windows even though I am running 64-bit Windows 7.

How are you trying to update the BIOS?
Are you using QFlash or @BIOS?
-
The best thing is to check on your motherboard for the model number and revision. The model will be printed in white lettering near the centre of the board usually and the revision is likewise printed on the left hand side of the motherboard near the PCIE slots.
If you have an EFI BIOS you must use FLASHEFI to do the flashing.

I tried using @bios it didn't work for me because it gave me an error while trying to launch the .exe it gave me an error saying "Open Driver handle failure"

Same with QFLASH I will open my case and check to make sure I am installing the right revision, but when I tried installing version FC it still gave me an error saying 16-bit is not supported on my version of windows (windows 7 64)

Hi, I just opened up my case and I was correct about the revision it's 3.1 GA-M68MT-ST AM3+

So how exactly do I install the BIOS from here? I downloaded the FC version update which is the step up from what I have which is FB but it tells me my version of winodws is not compatiable for the FLASH.

Anyone have an idea on what I can do to update the BIOS?

The best advice I can offer is that you check through the FAQ here: http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,2441.0.html which goes through the steps for updating the BIOS using the QFlash utility, just to make sure that you are not missing something.
There was another post regarding updating of BIOS where the user was unable to get his USB pendrive recognised in BIOS and found another method using a small memory card check here for this thread: http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,10159.0.html

Thank you I have one more quick question do I need to open the FLASHSPI application before updating the BIOS or do I just reboot and look for the USB and replace the previous BIOS with this one?
-
if you are using QFlash all you need is the BIOS file not the flashspi.exe copied onto it.

Thank you for all your help I think I just over complicated things a lot easier then I thought it would be. I used the QFLASH method and it worked with ease.
-Thanks a lot.
