Title: Z77M-D3H disable USB power when switched off

I need to disable all power to the USB ports when the system is switched off or restarts. The motherboard model is Z77M-D3H.

As per another thread I've tried disabling / enabling Erp to no avail.

Please help  :)

That is a feature of the motherboard as far as i can tell there is no way to do it.
