How can I clone system disk (win7-ultimate x64) build on two velociraptor disks in raid 0 configuration to a single SSD (vertex 4 - 256gb) ? The raid disks are connected to the SATA2_0 and SATA2_1 port and I want to connect SSD to the GSATA3_6 or GSATA3_7 port. Is it even posible to clone system from one port to another?

should be a non-issue. You just need some cloning software.
I use Acronis True Image Home. You should be able to use a trial version (30-days) for a quick clone.
If you have a seagate drive you can use their disc wizard (which is Acronis) and Western Digital should have a cloning program for their drives I assume.

Thank you for answer in the mean time I was try to clone with original acrosnis but it didn't saw raid partition, luckily the wd software did the job but the system hanged at windows logo and nothing works for me to repair that even rescue cd won't. After some googling I learned also that Marwell 9128 GSATA3 6/7 conectors aren't fast as should be so I connect ssd to intel ports and I can confirm that intel sata2 ports are 8% faster than Marwell sata3 ports. At least for me it is so.

you'll need to clone ssd with latest acronis. ssd's can be finicky and need the latest software. I think acronis 2012 is the first edition to fulkly support ssd's.
