Title: cant get video signal

I just ran the update @bios and downloaded from the gigabyte server, I think it gave me F5 when I was running F6 bios. I restarted and now I cant get video signal anywhere. Might have to flash the bios. I got a z68xp-ud4. Card is an HD7970. Tried HDMI on card and mobo for my monitor and a TV, tried DVI on both slots on my XFX DD. Does anyone know how I have to revert the bios without a monitor?

1.  did you clear CMOS? 
2.  did you remove the card when you tried onboard HDMI? 
3.  what CPU do you have?
