Title: GA P55A UD4P and Super Talent Chrome DDR3-2000

Anybody know if 8GB of Super Talent Chrome DDR3-2000 will work in a GA P55A UD4P

Hi,
take a look at the QVL memory list for your motherboard to guarantee you won't have any problems

The list is limited, the PVS32G2000LLKN  Patriot Viper Series 2 (2 GB) is on the QVL list but the PVV34G2000LLKB Patriot Viper Series 2 (4 GB) is not but is supposedly speced for p55 boards. For $175 retail USD and having 8-8-8-24 latency it looks like a good deal. Going to try two DDR3-2000 4Gb kits.

Hi,
Gigabyte cannot test all memory available on the market,
If you prefer a particular memory vendor you will have to ask  them for mobo/memory compatablility,
Let us know how you get on with that memory,
