Hi, I bought a 795WF3-3GD and it has F42 bios on it, I've heard there are other better BIOS version that can give me "BOOST" technology and higher clock speed, which is that one? Which is the best bios I can flash to to get the best out of my 7950?

it sais " flash bios file failed!" It's also weird because the name of the file doesn't contain "wf3" Any ideas?
Also, which is the BIOS who is meant and was released to beat the GTX 660 TI?
edit: first I tried with easy boost, then with vga BIOS , both failed

Gigabyte may have to fix their update. :(

Hi
To flash the new Bios F43 should not use vga@bios but a bootable USB key with atiflash v3.99!
-
explain please.. how big should my usb be?
-
Must first create a bootable USB key (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/46707-ms-dos-bootable-flash-drive-create.html). The capacity of the key must be at least 256 kb.
Download http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2166/mirrors.php (http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2166/mirrors.php) and put it on this disk too. Place the new bios on this disk too.
Once you have rebooted the USB stick, simply to execute the command : atiflash.exe -s 0 oldbios.bin to make a backup of your current bios or execute the command : atiflash.exe -p 0 newbios.bin (put the full name of the bios you want to flash). You can also force using the command : atiflash.exe -f -p 0 BIOS.bin
