Title: Installing SSD

Just got a new ocz  vertex 120g SSD , i know how to install but how about the OS win7 and other application , i dont know yet how to save it in SSD , do i need to reformat again ? please help me guys .

I followed them and they work great, always best to have a spare hard drive sata.
