Title: GA-970A-DS3 USB problem

I recently bought a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 (rev 1.0) mother board, installed all the drivers and everything. Everything is working fine EXCEPT Windows is not detecting anything plugged into the USB ports. The ports are getting power, I can definitely say that. I installed the latest drivers but nothing is working. The Ethernet, audio, and PS/2 ports are working fine. I have no idea what's going on.

Specs
8 Gigs of Ram
1 TB HDD
AMD Phenom 2 X4 Black edition CPU
MSI Geforce 650 1 GB graphics card
Windows 7 64 bit

RMA the mobo if nothing gets detected.
