Title: NO POST gigabyte 990 fxa ud5 - amd6200

My New build will not post. I am just about to return all parts. I have never had this problem and i have been building computers for 8 years. Built over 50 systems. 1st gigabyte board> wow what an experience

Main Hardware Information:
CPU (amd FX 6200)
RAM (2x 4GB corsair vengeance LP DDR3 1866  •Timing 9-10-9-27)
Motherboard (gigabyte 990 fxa UD5)
Video Card (EVGA GTX 650 @GB)
PSU (Kingwin 1000watt)
Case (cooler master Haf X)

I have also tried a 2nd monitor and the following....
- RAM ( 2x 2GBcosair vengeance DDR3 1600)[in slot 1and 3]also tried slot 1&2, and only 1 in slot
- RAM (1x 8GB G.skill DDR3 1600)[in slot 1]
- video card (EVGA GTX 250)
- PSU (antec true power 2.0 550W)
- also tried cpu (AMD phenom II x4 black edition )

[ yes i reset the cmos everytime i tried different memory configurations and changing out the proc]
lights turn on and fans turn on....but no POST...

Please tell me what i am missing.....if anything.

which revision is the motherboard, 1.x or 3.0?

well i am not sure i guess v1...but i can't even update the bios with my am3 proc (amd phenomII x4 black edition)
