Had two incidents of the Bios reloading optimized settings, its odd it shows as the Lan does not start and no network or limited access after start up.
I then reboot to Bios reset all the settings to get it all working and restart and then its alright again for a couple of days anyone have a cause I should be looking for?
Its certainly not a temp issue as the Cpu does not get above 35c even if run all day my other pc runs at 60 c+

This sounds like a RAM error to me at cold boot. Which is causing system instability and the Bios to be reset.
Are you overclocking the system??
I would try running Memtest from a USB stick to check for errors initially. I would also try increasing VTT/ IMC and DRAM voltages very slightly and monitor.

Currently I am not overclocking just using the optimized settings and adjusted the settings for my opsys & peripherals.
I shall look at memtest but was having issues again with Lan but I seem to have cured that again by deleteing the drivers and letting the system find the hardware again on start up seem to have loaded on one driver this time instead of Two

Just rum memtest86 latest version and have 7 errors in 3 full passes all on test 5 and at same address. Its a bit annoying as to now find this after going through all the other issues of a new build and finally getting everything running ok.
No errors reported in last pass number 3.
Memory reaches maximum internal temp measured off the memory heatsink 34 C running memtest86 for several hours.
Still no argument from Corsair sent email and reply within an hour, but I will not have the system for some time while I RMA the memory.
I did have 27 plus errors last knight running memtest86, but today I turned off XMP profile by disabling it in the Bios it seemed to help.
