Title: Can the On/Off Charge USBs be used like regular USBs?

I have 2 USB 2.0 ports mounted to the front of my case. If I hook them up to the red On/Off Charge USB plug, can I still use them for USB devices and not just charging?

Yes, they will work as normal.
