Title: Z77X-UD3H - Waking up by itself from sleep - Win 8 Pro 64bit

Hello Everyone,
I have tried to use Intel Rapid Start but not working. I have Windows 8 pro 64 bit installed with all the updated drivers. Here is summary of my computer:

Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Rev 1.0 (Bios - Have tried F16 & F19E)
Intel Xeon E3-1230
Asus DVD Writer
8 GB DDR3
128 GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD - OS is installed on this drive
2 X 1 TB WD Enterprise in Raid 0 using Intel Z77 raid controller
1 X 2 TB Seagate
1 x 320 GB WD
Asus 550 TI 448 cores vid card
Logitech RF keyboard
Cyborg R.A.T. 7 mouse
OCZ ZS Series 550W PSU

I have tried to manually create the hibernation partition on the SSD and install Intel Rapid Start program but it didnt work. I then tried using the Gigabyte EZ-Setup utility to set it up but again it didnt work.
What happens is that the computer will go to sleep but will turn back on by itself. Then I thought it might be something wrong with the Intel Rapid Start software so I uninstalled it and removed the hibernation partition and then tried the normal sleep but again the computer would not stay in sleep and will wake up by itselft. To isolate the issue, I set the power button to put the computer in sleep and then disconnected all the devices, even keyboard mouse, from USB and left only the monitor (on DVI) and the power cable. I pressed the power button and the computer went to sleep and then came up again by itself. I then tried to google it and then tried all the suggestion out there. If anyone has any other suggestions, I will try them and post the results here. Below are the results for what I have already tried (I might have missed some of the thing but can perform again if suggest:

Control Panel -> Power Options -> Change plan settings (for the selected plan) -> Change advanced power settings -> Sleep -> Allow Wake Timers -> Disable

Thanks for the reply. I have already tried the disable wake timers and WOL in bios. Also, the drivers have been updated for everything and the latest ones are installed

EDIT: Intel Rapid Start would not install since upgrading the bios to F19E. If I use EZSetup utility to setup Intel Rapid Start then the computer goest into a loop of repeat restarts.
