Title: 965P-DS4 Rev 2.0 OS?

I'm presently running XP SP3 and would like to know if my 965P-DS4 Rev 2.0 would be ok with WIN 7 or are there any issues with this combination?

You shouldn't have any problem.
Just ensure that your RAM is defective free with MemTest86 and upgrade to latest bios F12.
Then download and install the latest Intel INF Update from Intel website. Set SATA mode to AHCI for Windows7.
