Title: Gigabyte worst support

Hi,

I didn't get a Windows 8 Utility DVD supplied with the motherboard.
Support said to send a Stamped Address Envelop to FAO FAE Dept

Over 1 month later I still didn't get the DVD.

Contacted support again, which it took them one week to answer with:

"We are not sure the CD is lost during post transfer."

When I asked would they send another one, they said to send another Stamped Address Envelop.

I guess Gigabyte don't really care about there customers.

Nevertheless you should not need such disk on/for Windows 8.
You can find utilities on the Gigabyte website and drivers should be automatically installed by W8.
