Hi,
I'm planning to build Dual GTS250 on SLI and wondering what's the best Gigabyte Mobo. Specs as below.
I currently have an GA-EP45-DS3L, never had a single problem. Love the product!!!!
Dual Core E6800 2.93Ghz
Midtower case ATX or should I go with Full Tower case?
Dual BFG GTS250 for SLI Config
8Gig Corsair PC8500
WD 1TB SATA
Cooler Master 650W (2 PCI-E 6 Molex connectors for 12V rails)
Thanks for the support.

I wouldn't bother with dual GTS250's. For that you'd need to get an X58 motherboard for the Nvidia chipset (I know there's hacks and stuff but I wouldn't bother).
Personally save your money and buy a good single GPU - it'll produce less heat, use less power and have better driver game support.

+1 Couldn't agree more. This is always my advice to people! :P

i also think that SLI configuration's performance is not worth it's money

I think Fermi is to be released next month, might be worth waiting to see what they have on offer, especially if you want to use DX11 - although at the moment very little titles use it. I would be looking at an ATi 5850/70, both of which should at least equal or surpass the performance of dual GTS250's, the memory bandwidth can hurt at higher resolutions with AA/AF.
