Title: 990XA-UD3 v1.1 Front Panel Usb 3.0 Not Working

Hi guys,

I built a new system and having usb 3.0 issues with my mobo. I have Corsair Carbride 400r cases and completed front panel connections. The issue is, when I plug a device into front panel usb, it does not recognize it. I decided to check if it is working with usb 2.0 connection and I plugged front panel connections to mobo's usb 2.0 with the adapter that comes with the cases and it works. As a result, when I plug front panel cable to usb 3.0, it does not recognize any device however, when I plug tthe front panel connection to mobo's usb 2.0, connected devices work.

Is this a result of a fault mobo or is there another problem?

Download the Etron USB 3.0 Driver from the motherboard support page and install it.

Didn't work, I installed it first day I purchased the system.
