Title: GA-Z77-DS3H - Rear uss 3.0 ports not working

I just purchased a Z77-DS3h and I can not get the rear usb 3.0 ports to work.  I installed the drivers off of the gigabyte page and made sure there were no errors in device manager for the ports.  Any ideas?

Is this enabled or disabled in Peripherals

USB Controller
Enables or disables the integrated USB 3.0/2.0 controller. (Default: Enabled)
