Title: GA Z77 D3H Easy Tune 6 - No Quick Boost

Hey, just build pc for a friend,

Gigabyte Z77 D3H
Intel Core i3-3220 3.30GHz
Corsair Vengeance 8GB

I installed latest Easy Tune 6 from the GA website but when browse through tabs, I dont see easy boost option anywhere. I red somewhere that updating Bios might help but it didnt in my case. Any thoughts?

I might be wrong but that CPU might not support it. By what I have read you can't OC that CPU and that might by why that tab isn't there.

Yes you should be able to OC this chip

I tried Easy Tune with my 3570K and just with the lowest overclock, just over 4.0 G it would run on the edge of over heating. That is with an H60 water cooler. Easy Tune overclocked using the bus speed, the voltage would go to 1.38. I went back to default and went to the BIOS and increased the multiplier to 42 for an overclock of 4.2+ G. Under full load the cores will get to about 73 C. With Easy Tune it was going 85 C+. The voltage stays around 1.27.
