Title: GA-Z77X-UD3H no Intel Virtualization ( VT-x )

Hi I am trying to enable Intel Virtualization  ( VT-x ) on my GA-Z77X-UD3H.
I have a processor that says it supports it (i7-3770k) and have enabled it in the BIOS, but nothing in Windows detected it is working.
I am mainly using the Intel Processor Identification Utility and trying to install Intel HAXM to check if it works.

Do you have any ideas of what I could do to fix this?

before you install HAXM, have u installed Android SDK Manager first?
