Title: 990FXA-UD3 Stuck in Boot Loop

Everything runs find and loads up to the windows load screen but just reboots and goes into system recovery with the options to try to repair windows or start normally. Can't get to desktop.

CPU- FX 8350 4.0 Ghz
MOBO- 990FXA-UD3 Rev 3.0 Bios FC
PSU - Corsair AX850 watt
GPU - XFX 7870
RAM - 4 sticks of 4gb Sector 5 1333mhz
OS - Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium

Also, I can't boot in safe mode. I'd imagine the drivers need to be installed but it's not giving me a method to do so.

Is this a new build or has it been working before this problem arose?

If it is a new build have you done a clean install of the OS or are you trying to use a hard-drive from a previous build?

Check the AHCI /Ide Mode setting for the SATA controller as well.
