Title: Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Bios updating?

So I just brought this "Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3" motherboard yesterday but how do I update the bios?

Do I need any software or anything like that?

I would have tried to update it myself but I didnt really wanna be messing about with the bios unless I know what im doing
